Nen\u00ed to n\u00e1hoda: existuje jasn\u00fd model, kter\u00fd vysv\u011btluje <em>pro\u010d<\/em> TVD funguje a tradi\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupy \u010dasto selh\u00e1vaj\u00ed. <\/p>\n<h3>Probl\u00e9m s tradi\u010dn\u00edmi stavebn\u00edmi n\u00e1klady<\/h3>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina stavebn\u00edch projekt\u016f je postavena na rozt\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch pob\u00eddk\u00e1ch. N\u00e1vrh\u00e1\u0159i jsou placeni hodinov\u011b bez motivace ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f. Dodavatel\u00e9 mohou vyu\u017e\u00edt nedostatk\u016f v pl\u00e1nech (leg\u00e1ln\u011b, jak bylo stanoveno v Spearin vs. Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty, 1918) k vystaven\u00ed drah\u00fdch zm\u011bnov\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dt\u016f. Majitel nakonec zaplat\u00ed \u00fa\u010det za \u0161patnou komunikaci, nejistotu a \u0161patnou koordinaci. <\/p>\n<p>Nejde o nekal\u00e9 \u00famysly \u2013 jde o syst\u00e9m. Projektanti a dodavatel\u00e9 spojuj\u00ed sv\u00e9 zisky do spole\u010dn\u00e9ho fondu rizik. Pokud je projekt dokon\u010den <em>pod<\/em> rozpo\u010dtem (za p\u0159edpokladu spln\u011bn\u00ed podm\u00ednek vlastn\u00edka), v\u0161ichni se o \u00faspory pod\u011bl\u00ed. Pokud projekt <em>p\u0159ekro\u010d\u00ed<\/em> rozpo\u010det, sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se zisky v\u0161ech. Toto okam\u017eit\u00e9 slad\u011bn\u00ed pob\u00eddek zvy\u0161uje efektivitu. <\/p>\n<p>TVD tak\u00e9 podporuje p\u0159\u00edstupy zalo\u017een\u00e9 na spolupr\u00e1ci, jako je design-build nebo integrovan\u00e9 dod\u00e1vky projekt\u016f (IPD). Tyto metody kladou d\u016fraz na v\u010dasn\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed dodavatel\u016f, spole\u010dn\u00e9 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed a digit\u00e1ln\u00ed modelov\u00e1n\u00ed (BIM), aby se sn\u00ed\u017eily chyby a zlep\u0161ila komunikace. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"S\u00edly ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1klady\" src=\"https:\/\/example.com\/cost_forces.png\" \/><br>\n<em>Obr\u00e1zek 2: S\u00edly, kter\u00e9 zvy\u0161uj\u00ed a sni\u017euj\u00ed n\u00e1klady na projekt.<\/em> <\/p>\n<h3>Fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed analogie: s\u00edly a hybnost<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159edstavte si stavebn\u00ed projekt, jako je fyzika. Isaac Newton uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee sou\u010det sil ur\u010duje hybnost objektu. Podobn\u011b <em>sou\u010det sil<\/em> (kladn\u00fdch a z\u00e1porn\u00fdch) ur\u010duje n\u00e1kladovou trajektorii projektu. <\/p>\n<p>V tradi\u010dn\u00edch projektech \u010dasto neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 s\u00edly, kter\u00e9 by tla\u010dily n\u00e1klady <em>dol\u016f<\/em>. TVD je aktivn\u011b zav\u00e1d\u00ed: spolupr\u00e1ci, slad\u011bn\u00e9 pob\u00eddky a sd\u00edlen\u00ed rizik. A\u010dkoli rizika, jako je nedorozum\u011bn\u00ed, st\u00e1le existuj\u00ed, TVD vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed vyrovn\u00e1vac\u00ed s\u00edlu k jejich zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed. <\/p>\n<h3>Hlavn\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h3>\n<p>N\u00e1klady na v\u00fdstavbu nejsou fixn\u00ed, ale jsou dynamick\u00fdm v\u00fdsledkem. V ka\u017ed\u00e9 f\u00e1zi existuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti k \u00faspor\u00e1m pen\u011bz, ale tak\u00e9 rizika, kter\u00e1 mohou zv\u00fd\u0161it n\u00e1klady. TVD rizika neodstra\u0148uje, ale m\u011bn\u00ed syst\u00e9m tak, aby z jejich kontroly m\u011bli prosp\u011bch v\u0161ichni. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Slad\u011bn\u00edm pob\u00eddek a podporou spolupr\u00e1ce TVD z\u00e1sadn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed s\u00edly ve h\u0159e, tak\u017ee p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f je m\u00e9n\u011b pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9 a p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e9 \u00faspory jsou dosa\u017eiteln\u00e9.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Tento model nen\u00ed pouze teoretick\u00fd, ale je i otestov\u00e1n v praxi.
