Pochopen\u00ed toho, <em>jak<\/em> ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m doch\u00e1z\u00ed, je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed a model zm\u011bn Kurta Lewina nab\u00edz\u00ed jednoduch\u00fd, ale v\u00fdkonn\u00fd r\u00e1mec. Tento model vysv\u011btluje, pro\u010d mnoho iniciativ na zlep\u0161en\u00ed selh\u00e1v\u00e1: proto\u017ee zm\u011bna nen\u00ed jen o tom, <em>co<\/em> zm\u011bn\u00edte, ale <em>jak<\/em> zvl\u00e1dnete p\u0159echod. <\/p>\n<h3>T\u0159i f\u00e1ze zm\u011bny<\/h3>\n<p>Lewin\u016fv model rozd\u011bluje \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nou zm\u011bnu do t\u0159\u00ed jasn\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00ed: <strong>Unfreeze, Transition a Freeze<\/strong>.
